We part of Movingplaces.co.uk Limited, a private limited company of property consultants operating in Wimborne Dorset and part of Nobounds Overseas . We provide our services to clients who wish to buy in France.

We act as agents for promoters who operate in France to provide for our clients opportunities in both the new and leaseback property markets. French-leaseback-investment.co.uk is our website dedicated to leaseback developments

Often our promoters will have exclusive selling rights in the UK for these selected leaseback developements in various areas of France.

We are here in the UK to help you as much as possible with your decision making and progressing the administration of your purchase. We will:

  • provide as much information as we can on the developments in which you are interested - plans, layouts, etc.
  • provide general guidance on legal, taxation and inheritance issues 
  • arrange for viewing trips to the developments should you wish to do this.
